Last night Greg and I went to open mic night at The Bethel Rd. Pub. Greg gets up and plays guitar or bass while I draw. It is a lot of fun for both of us. I decided to be brave and try to draw these guys while they were playing and I am pretty happy with the result. It isn't perfect but much better than I could have done earlier in the week. Proof that if you want to get better you have to practice! Greg has the most perfect nose and I was sad that I didn't get it right but I am pretty happy overall. Cool, I'm happy you switched to blogger--it's a little easier for me to follow you here because I'm here at least once a month for my own blog, anyway! I'm super glad that you're drawing people--they look like such fun drawings! I like your first post of it--I can tell that one of them is Poe! At least, I hope that's Poe. Haha! Either way, they're cute!
ReplyDeleteI like how much easier blogger is to use! People are so hard to draw but I have decided it is ok to draw them poorly and now I am having fun. Yes, one of them is poe. I have been drawing a lot of famous people because it is easy to find photos of them online.
